Feature updates to CloudMoyo Operational Testing System (OTS)
Effective safety and operations testing with trend analytics and risk management
Foreign railroad employee testing
Operational tests can be conducted on foreign employees as well as employees of partner railroads. Leverage a scalable database to store testing-related data for foreign employees once tests have been conducted.
Random crew selection with auto-copy capabilities
OTS now generates guaranteed, randomized selection of crew to meet mandatory regulatory quotas, including FRA randomized drug and alcohol testing quotas. Topping this up with the powerful ‘auto-copy’ feature, test planning is now more rapid with time and effort saved in crew selection.
Real-time, on-field evaluation
OTS now comes with a brand-new mobile and tablet interface for field inspectors to evaluate crew and record test observations in real-time, on the field.
Smarter notifications
Alerts and notifications in OTS just got smarter. Testing quota shortfalls, approaching test schedules, un-tested crew members which need to be tested are now a part of the notifications package.
New extension to manage qualification tracking
Cloud-based employee qualification and certification tracking configured to individual crafts
Briefings
Conduct briefings in-the-field using a hand-held device with an intuitive, mobile UI. Record details such as location and time-stamps in real-time.
Classroom training
Easily capture results of classroom training in real-time with a mobile device or tablet, recording observations from the training such as passes and failures.
